Bernard Ivin has devoted his professional career to helping others. He has worked as a counselor in both school and private practice settings for over twenty years years. Currently he is the founder and director of the Strength for Change Counseling and Self-Development Center. Throughout his career he has counseled hundreds of families, presented numerous workshops on a variety of mental health topics, and coached middle and high school basketball. Bernard has distinguished himself as a caring and competent professional who has touched the lives of many.

Bernard developed the 1-2-3 Succeed Planner in response to his experiences working with students and observing that the school planners they used were not conducive to good organization. Eventually, Bernard designed his own planner and system for school success. The results were outstanding. The students who used his materials reported that his planner and system were incredibly helpful, with most students improving an entire letter grade.

Once Bernard realized the benefits of his program, his goal became to make it available to students outside his practice. This marked the beginning of 1-2-3 Succeed.

The mission of 1-2-3 Succeed LLC is threefold: (1) to produce the most efficient and practical student planner available; (2) to help students discover the strengths and talents that reside inside them; and (3) to provide students with the tools and strategies necassary for overcoming life's hardships and maximizing and achieving their fullest potential.
