1-2-3 Succeed Exhibits at 2010 New Jersey PTA Convention in Atlantic City, Introduces Comprehensive Learning Skills Program

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (Nov. 20, 2010) — 1-2-3 Succeed LLC has announced that it has exhibited at the 2010 New Jersey PTA Convention held on November 19-20 in Atlantic City. The company and the PTA share common goals. 1-2-3 Succeed develops educational programs that support parent involvement in the learning process, which coincides with one of the PTA's main missions. Therefore, the company is pleased to support the NJ PTA as well as all the regional and school PTAs comprising it.

At the conference the company introduced its new learning skills program, which teaches students motivational, organizational, learning, and study strategies, as well as provide parents with the tools to support their children in developing those strategies. The 1-2-3 Succeed program has its roots in New Jersey. “This program comes directly from my work counseling students and their families in Morris, Sussex, and Warren Counties,” said Bernard Ivin, LCSW, founder of 1-2-3 Succeed. “I am truly excited to share the tools and strategies that have worked so well for me in my counseling practice,” Bernard added. As a father of three school-aged children, Bernard together with his wife, is a firm supporter as well as a member of his local PTA council.

The company is pleased with the positive responses it received from the convention attendees who stopped by their booth to preview the program. This was just the second time the program has been introduced to a state-wide PTA. The company traveled to Buffalo last week to attend the New York State PTA convention, where it introduced the program.
